How does MattePaint pricing compare to others?
Comparing products between online providers can be difficult because of the variations between the way each service provides images. Additionally, depending on your priorities, it can be further difficult due to variations in Licensing, limitations, resolution, etc.
What happened to bonus credits?
In late 2019 we had announced that we would be removing bonus credits from our system. We had handed out over 1 million credits for free since we launched the bonus credit system

Why are there multiple exposures available for each image?
JPG files are 8bit, this means the number of different shades of any particular colour is limited. We take the RAW photograph and render each image from -2EV to +2EV so the best possible range is available for every image.
