Description

Working in 16bit is the first thing you will ensure you are doing when you start working in a VFX pipeline. 8bit colour has a whopping 16million colours but 16bit has almost 300 trillion! The problem is that often we'll be working with smooth gradients like a blue sky which limits the range of colours available to us.

This video will show you why you should be working in 16bit and how to setup your photoshop program appropriately!
